Welcome to Laird’s Training LLC! By now, you should have read all we offer at www.lairdstraining.com/services and have committed to becoming the strongest version of yourself and developing to the next level in your sport and life.
It is your responsibility to read and know all of the following below for payments, pricing, hours, scheduling, rules, and customer service. All clients must have this waiver below on file (Filled Out by Legal Guardian if under 18) before scheduling the 1st session!
Baseball/Softball Lesson Payments Reminders (Details on Services Page) - CLICK HERE
All payments are due in full at the beginning of each month at the 1st lesson of each month! Baseball & Softball Lessons and Strength Training Memberships are separate services! No discounts are offered! Lessons are paid on a monthly basis! Pricing reflects per player fees! Strictly enforced $25 Fee for Late Cancels under 24 Hours, $80 Fee for No Shows! Only Applies to those that pay weekly rate. No Late/No Show Fees for Monthly Members. However, a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice, is counted as an attended lesson that month for Monthly Members. Those who do not adhere to this rule will be removed from participating at Laird's Training! Players preferably, or Parents must give 24 hour notice via phone or email if cancelling. Payments are expected to be on time, every time! Cash or Check only! No credit cards accepted at this time. Checks made out to: Laird’s Training LLC. You will be contacted for a time slot pending Instructor Availability via email once waiver is filled out!
Strength Training Membership Payment Reminders (Details on Services Page) - CLICK HERE
Paid at the beginning of each month (or beginning of camp) in advance. Ex) Monthly Membership: Pay $300 on Day 1 of lifting at beginning of each month, and next payment is due the 1st of next month! No refunds or pro-rated payments for missed workouts, it is a membership! Missed Weight Training Sessions or Payments DO NOT roll over into following week or month! Athletes will have set schedule on scheduled lifting days and are responsible to adhering to agreed schedule. Parents ARE NOT allowed in the weight room during sessions! All Camps, Speed Camps, and Velo Camps' Payment Rules are the same as Strength Training Memberships! Meaning: Athletes are to pay for entire program or camp in advance; meaning no makeups or refunds for missed sessions!
Parents are expected to be professional during baseball/softball sessions and not coach their athletes during the lesson time allotted. Parents are NOT allowed in the weight room or near the weight room area at all during Strength Training and Sports Performance Sessions. This is for many reasons, including liability, but mainly to let the coaches coach and the athletes focus on the task at hand. All must be respectful of the next hour of sessions coming in and of their allotted time! Do not take up their time by running over the hour!
New Clients: It is mandatory that all new clients go through an Assessment before beginning a Strength Training Membership. Parents of Athletes are not allowed in weight room! Details of this are on Services Page and Above.
Guidelines, and Important Info:
1) Players will conduct themselves professionally, with a positive attitude and work ethic. Displays of poor character may result in
termination of training/sessions. Any damage made to equipment owned by Laird’s Training LLC is to be replaced by the

Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk Form
I have volunteered to participate in a fitness and skill specific program provided to me by Laird’s Training LLC which may include, but may not be limited to, Baseball or Softball Lessons, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength Training and Energy Systems Training. In consideration of the agreement to instruct and train me, I do here now and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless the Coach and all Laird’s Training LLC affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in this or any exercise program including any injuries resulting there from. THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURIES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF (1) EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO THE COACH OR TO MYSELF THAT MAY MALFUNCTION OR BREAK; (2) ANY SLIP, FALL, DROPPING OF EQUIPMENT; (3) AND/OR NEGLIGENT INSTRUCTION OR SUPERVISION.
I have been informed of, understand, and am aware that any exercise program, whether or not requiring the use of exercise equipment, is a potentially hazardous activity. I also have been informed of, understand, and am aware that any exercise and/or fitness activities involve a risk of injury, as well as abnormal changes in blood pressure, fainting, and a remote risk of heart attack, stroke, other serious disability or death, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the dangers involved.
I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury, regardless of severity, or death. I have been advised that an examination by a physician should be obtained by anyone prior to commencing a fitness and/or exercise program, or initiating a substantial change in the amount of regular physical activity performed.
If I have chosen not to obtain a physician’s consent prior to beginning this fitness program, I hereby agree that I am doing so solely at my own risk. In any event, I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all fitness related activities and/or exercises and/or programs in which I participate at Laird's Training LLC.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Laird’s Training LLC may use photography and video during regular classes and training events. These photos and/or videos may be used in email campaigns, advertisements, lectures, articles, blogs, books, or social media.
This form is an important legal document that explains the risks you are assuming by beginning an exercise program. It is critical that you have read and understand this document completely. If you do not understand any part of this document, it is your ultimate responsibility to ask for clarification prior to signing it.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS FORM IN ITS ENTIRETY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING ANY RIGHT I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST Laird’s Training LLC, AND ALL OF ITS SUBCONTRACTORS FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF YOUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAIVER IS OPEN FROM THE DATE SIGNED BELOW AND MY SIGNATURE IS A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR ALL RULES OUTLINED BY LAIRD’S TRAINING LLC.
