Our Training System is a mental and physical toughness program. This will make you bigger, faster, stronger, tougher, and more powerful. We design our program to maximize athleticism, strength, and power! We train All Sports and have had sessions training anywhere from Professional Baseball Players, All-American Wrestlers, All-State Football Players, Softball Players, Swimmers, Middle School Athletes and more! This is a program built to lift athletes up to another level they are not aware they have yet!​

BASEBALL & SOFTBALL LESSONS: HITTING, PITCHING, & CATCHING

We train athletes in a semi-private training environment for Hitting and Pitching Lessons to maximize development. No Parents Inside Cages! Lessons are 60 - 90 min long depending on the hour scheduled, the instructor, and availability. All lessons are in a semi-private environment.

$260/Month - Monthly Membership Per Player (1 Lesson/Week)
Priced at 3 Lessons/Month. Any Weekly Lesson after 3 is considered "FREE"
(As low as $52 Per Week, when training year round)

Rules & Info Explained

Priced at 3 Lessons/Month. Paid at 1st Lesson of Month. This means that a monthly membership costs $260 for 3 lessons, and any weekly session after 3 is considered "free" on the 4th and/or 5th week. This makes lessons AS LOW AS $52/Session IN A MONTH for A 5 WEEK MONTH!

Signing up is a commitment for a WEEKLY LESSON TIME SLOT at a minimum of 3 months! Monthly Membership reserves your recurring weekly spot! Most athletes are year-round with lessons. MUST HAVE WAIVER ON FILE BEFORE SCHEDULING!

IMPORTANT: If you miss you miss, we will TRY to make up missed lesson on another day or time, but not guaranteed or to be expected due to instructor availability and Hours of Operation. NO ROLLOVER SESSIONS OR PAYMENTS INTO THE NEXT MONTH IF 3 LESSONS ARE ACHIEVED.

If wanting to do hitting and pitching or multiple services, you must sign up for both individually, specific skills are not rotated every other week or month. Each skill (hitting, pitching, fielding, etc., are repeated weekly, assuming year round training.

VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

This Popular Long Time Program is built to IMPROVE arm strength, arm care, velocity, athleticism, and body mechanics! The focus is to build and strengthen the arm for Pitchers & Position Players! This Training Program Includes: bands, long toss, run & guns, plyometrics, med ball power training, strength training, mobility, and most importantly arm recovery and arm health protocols! By focusing on the health of the arm, long toss, and strength, power, and stability of the athlete, athletes have shown to increase VELOCITY in this program! *Only for Dedicated & Disciplined Ballplayers!

We offer our Youth Strength & Speed Class to make you a more explosive, mobile, and powerful athlete! Class Sessions are 1 hour in length and private sessions are 30 min in length. This is an $80 Discount for our normal Youth Strength & Speed Class Cost of $180 for 1x/week. This deal is ONLY for those who are doing the Youth Development Class on Top of the Youth Strength & Speed Class concurrently, for ages 7-14 Years old. You can attend both classes back to back, or can attend on separate days! Whatever is easiest. Back to Back will be most popular.
Our Advanced 12 and Up Clients join our Advanced Strength & Speed Class 1-3x a week! Ask about this class when your athlete graduates to this level.
