Monthly Membership 2-3x/Week - $300/Monthly ($400 for 1st Month):
Includes Mandatory Orientation/Assessment (8-15 Sessions/Month) *Priced at 8 Lifts/Month (As Low as $20/Lift)
In-Season Membership 1x/Week - $225/Monthly:

Single Training Session - $60/Daily:

Consultation & Assessment - $120/1 Hour
Assessment/Nutrition/Supplementation Plan (For Remote Clients ONLY, No Workout Plan Included)
Rules: Maximum Results come from Maximum Attendance (3x/Week, Year Round)! No Parents Allowed in Weight Room!
Paid Monthly (like a YMCA Membership). All payments are due the 1st lift day of every month. Consultations & Assessments include Goal Planning/Technique Orientation/Mobility Assessment/Welcome Packet including Nutrition, Supplement, Muscle/Weight Gain Guidelines.
Although we encourage year-round training, when signing up, you must commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive months to get maximum benefits! In-Season Membership Lifters are Scheduled weekly on Sundays (does not apply to summer/personal scheduling).
If you miss a week due to vacation, a tourney, sickness, etc. the payment is NOT pro-rated to a cheaper rate because the Monthly Membership is priced assuming a minimum of 8 lifts per month: Any lift after 8 in a month is free! *Note that most Elite Athletes, still lift at least 2x/Week In-Season! Price is same for 2x/week vs 3x/week
FOR EXAMPLE, if you miss 1 week, you still have the other 3+ weeks to get 3 lifts in per week totaling 9 lifts for that month. There is No Pro-Rated Pricing if we are closed a few lift days in a month, or for holiday weeks. You will always have a minimum of 8 lifts available to you each month. In-Season lifters are allowed to make up their missed lifts on any scheduled lift day (1x per wk), to total 4 lifts per month.
IMPORTANT: If you know you will miss more than 2 weeks, or are uncomfortable signing up for the Monthly Membership in a month with shortened business hours (holidays, etc.), it is your responsibility to sign up for the 1x/Week In-Season Membership of 4 lifts. However, if you know you can make at least 8 lifts in a month, you need to sign up for the Monthly Membership. It is your responsibility to know what to sign up for! Athletes are scheduled at specific lift times & MUST contact me 24 hours beforehand if lift time needs to change! There are 3 days of availability for lifts weekly on schedule; if you are only able to make 2 that’s fine!

Our Training System is a mental and physical toughness program. This will make you bigger, faster, stronger, tougher, and more powerful. We design our program to maximize athleticism, strength, and power! We train All Sports and have had sessions training anywhere from Professional Baseball Players, All-American Wrestlers, All-State Football Players, Softball Players, Swimmers, Middle School Athletes and more! This is a program built to lift athletes up to another level they are not aware they have yet!

See Cancellation Policy: Rule 3! Max of 3 players to preserve semi-private training environment (does not apply to pitching/group classes). No Parents Inside Cages! Lessons are 60 min long & Clients are highly encouraged to be there 10 min early.
$240 - Monthly Membership Per Player (1 Lesson/Week)

If paid weekly, for clients starting in the middle/end of the month and attending 1-2 Lessons.
Signing up is a commitment for a WEEKLY LESSON TIME SLOT at a minimum of 3 months! Monthly Membership reserves your recurring weekly spot! Most athletes are 9 months out of the year/year-round with lessons. MUST HAVE WAIVER ON FILE BEFORE SCHEDULING!
IMPORTANT: If you miss you miss, we will TRY to make up missed lesson on another day or time, but not guaranteed or to be expected due to instructor availability and Hours of Operation. NO ROLLOVER SESSIONS OR PAYMENTS INTO THE NEXT MONTH IF 3 LESSONS ARE ACHIEVED. Meaning, a Monthly Membership covers 3 Lessons a Month (Any Lesson over 3, for Monthly Members only, is “Free”, for each individual Membership) and missing a lesson or 2 does not change the cost.
Late Cancellation Fees: $25 for Late Cancellations under 24 Hours, $80 for No Shows! Only Applies to those that pay weekly rate. No Late/No Show Fees for Monthly Members. However, a No Show or Late Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice, is counted as an attended lesson that month.
Clients Paying for 2 Hitting Lessons/Week or Weekly Hitting & Pitching, Pay $480/Month (2 Monthly Memberships). If you want more work than 1 hour, schedule 2 hitting sessions back to back from each other.

Parents are expected to be professional and not coach their athletes or enter cages during the lesson.

This is a proven system of developing Elite Hitters. Our track record speaks for itself of developing Studs! We do NOT want part time, "I will think about it", clients. We want hard nosed, blue collar workers that want to play and Develop to the Highest Level! You will be contacted for a time slot pending Instructor Availability via email once waiver is filled out!
ARM CARE & VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

This Program is built to IMPROVE arm strength, arm care, velocity, athleticism, and body mechanics! The focus is to build and strengthen the arm for Pitchers & Position Players! This Training Program Includes: bands, long toss, run & guns, plyometrics, med ball power training, strength training, mobility, and most importantly arm recovery and arm health protocols! By focusing on the health of the arm, long toss, and strength, power, and stability of the athlete, athletes have shown to increase VELOCITY in this program! *Only for Dedicated & Disciplined Ballplayers!

COACHING CONSULTATIONS & TEAM TRAINING
