All Private Training Services Require a 3 Month Minimum Commitment to make sure all clients get maximum benefit from their investment and the training! Most of our clients train year round so spots are always limited!

Rule: Maximum Results come from Maximum Attendance (3x/Week, Year Round)! No Parents Allowed in Weight Room!

Summer Schedule (June/July): Mondays + Tuesdays + Wednesdays at 2 PM & Mon/Tue at 7pm

Our Training System is a mental and physical toughness program. This will make you bigger, faster, stronger, tougher, and more powerful. We design our program to maximize athleticism, strength, and power! We train All Sports and have had sessions training anywhere from Professional Baseball Players, All-American Wrestlers, All-State Football Players, Softball Players, Swimmers, Middle School Athletes and more! This is a program built to lift athletes up to another level they are not aware they have yet!​

Strength Training
            BASEBALL & SOFTBALL LESSONS: HITTING, PITCHING, & CATCHING

We train athletes in a semi-private training environment for Hitting and Pitching Lessons to maximize development. No Parents Inside Cages! Lessons are 60 - 90 min long depending on the hour scheduled, the instructor, and availability. All lessons are in a semi-private enviornment.

$260 - Monthly Membership Per Player (1 Lesson/Week)
(Priced at 3 Lessons/Month) Paid at 1st Lesson of Month. As Low as $60/Session!

$90 - Per Lesson Per Player
If paid weekly, for clients starting in the middle/end of the month and attending 1-2 Lessons.

Rules

  1. Signing up is a commitment for a WEEKLY LESSON TIME SLOT at a minimum of 3 months! Monthly Membership reserves your recurring weekly spot! Most athletes are year-round with lessons. MUST HAVE WAIVER ON FILE BEFORE SCHEDULING!

  2. IMPORTANT: If you miss you miss, we will TRY to make up missed lesson on another day or time, but not guaranteed or to be expected due to instructor availability and Hours of Operation. NO ROLLOVER SESSIONS OR PAYMENTS INTO THE NEXT MONTH IF 3 LESSONS ARE ACHIEVED.

Baseball & Softball Lessons
           ARM CARE & VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

This Popular Long Time Program is built to IMPROVE arm strength, arm care, velocity, athleticism, and body mechanics! The focus is to build and strengthen the arm for Pitchers & Position Players! This Training Program Includes: bands, long toss, run & guns, plyometrics, med ball power training, strength training, mobility, and most importantly arm recovery and arm health protocols! By focusing on the health of the arm, long toss, and strength, power, and stability of the athlete, athletes have shown to increase VELOCITY in this program!  *Only for Dedicated & Disciplined Ballplayers!

Arm Care & Velo
           SPEED AND AGILITY CLASSES

We offer Speed and Agility Memberships to make you a more explosive, mobile, and powerful athlete! Class Sessions are 1 hour in length and private sessions are 30 min in length.  Choose day that best fits your schedule.   • No Pro-Rated Memberships, this is a recurring Monthly Subscription.

  • Private Sessions are a Half Hour in Length and are for Beginners who are learning to get in shape and graduate to the Speed Class or Professional Athletes Specializing in 1 Focus/1 Goal.

Speed & Agility
           COACHING CONSULTATIONS & TEAM TRAINING

 

If you're a Baseball Coach at any Level and want a Consultation on Strength Training or Off-Season Baseball Training, Shoot me an email at LairdsTraining@gmail.com and we can set up a coaching consult to discuss goals and educate you on how to prepare your athletes during the off-season. This is a Q&A Session and will help you understand the Do's and Don'ts of Program Design for your Baseball Team! If you're interested in hiring me to Train Your Team this Off-Season, we can set that up as well!
