Check-in by reserving and paying online. We are notified after online payment is received and by our Camera and Security System upon your arrival.

FIRST STEP, Add Payment Method:

Login to eSOFT, click on your profile picture in top right corner, open your profile.
Swipe to the left to find the "Payment Methods" menu screen.
Scroll down and click "+Add New Payment Method" and add Credit Card Details.
Done!
From your homepage, you can click "Purchase a Membership" for Cage Rental Memberships, Baseball, Softball, or Wrestling Lessons, Class, or Camp Membership payments. If you're not sure what to sign up for or purchase, please email lairdstraining@gmail.com!

To Reserve Cages for Non-Members:

Login to eSOFT, Click "Book a Rental" on the homepage.
Select the Family Member booking
Choose your Rental Date
Rental Category (Cage Area Rental)
60 or 120 minute Rental
Click on Availability Drop-Down and select the available time.
1. Under Availability, you can change your Cage Selection/equipment.
2. OPTIONAL - create a recurring rental for same day of week and time for Teams.
Add to Cart
Click on Shopping Cart in top right corner, verify schedule, CHECKOUT
Choose your payment method you have on file and PROCESS ORDER to complete transaction.
You will get an email confirmation, and can manage your reservation from your Home Dashboard once order is complete!

To Reserve Cages for MEMBERS:

Login to eSOFT, Click "Book a Rental" on the homepage.
Select the Family Member the Membership is assigned to for Individual Membership, or any Family Member for Family Memberships.
Choose your Rental Date
Rental Category (Cage Area Rental)
60 minute Rental only for Members!
Click on Availability Drop-Down and select the available time.

CAGE MEMBERSHIPS (NOT for Teams)

Includes multiple siblings (not friends or teammates) residing in the same Household

1 Year Membership: $600 -- ($50/Month)

6 Month Membership: $500 -- ($83.33/Month)

3 Month Membership: $400 -- ($133.33/Month)

1 Month Membership: $250 -- ($250/Month)

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS

(Assigned to 1 individual Athlete, no friends or teammates allowed in cage during use)

1 Year Membership $500 -- ($41.67/Month)

6 Month Membership: $360 -- ($60/Month)

3 Month Membership: $280 -- ($93.33/Month)

1 Month Membership: $180 -- ($180/Month)

Memberships Include:

Unlimited Cage Rentals (Only limit is 1 Hour and 1 Cage Per Day, based on first-come availability)
To keep scheduling fair to all members, you may only make a reservation 3 days in advance.
Use of Tees, Rubber Balls, and Pitching Machines
Memberships are for Cage Use Only, Areas outside of cages are not allowed to be used. These areas are waiting and Wrestling Mat Storage ONLY. FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL WHO ENTER AND USE LT, ABSOLUTELY NO BAT SWINGS OR BALLS THROWN OUTSIDE OF CAGES.

TEAM CAGE RENTAL PACKAGES AT LT (Team Rental Use)

8 Hours: $280 @ $35 Per Hour ($5 Off Per Normal Rental Hour)

Expires 3 months after purchase

12 Hours: $360 @ $30 Per Hour ($10 Off Per Normal Rental Hour)

Expires 4 months after purchase

Package Includes:

Reservations and pricing is made for 1 Cage per 1 Hour
All Scheduling is based on Availability of Cages. Cages are first come first serve! Hours can be scheduled weekly at Reoccurring Time, 1x or 2x Per Week at 1 Hour or 2 Consecutive Hours (Team Choice).
Team Rental Packages are for Cage Use Only, Areas outside cages are not allowed to be used.
All equipment should be returned to it's proper place and cages and facility should be left in same or better condition as before you entered. (i.e. Clean up after yourself!)
Teams who do not follow rules will forfeit their package without refund and charged a fine.

IMPORTANT RULES & INFORMATION REGARDING CAGE RENTALS

At Laird's Training, we offer 3 Public Cages 60 ft long for baseball and softball players. Cages 2 and 3 include pitching machines and can throw baseball or softball dimple balls. We have L-Screens, Tees, and dimple baseballs and softballs. All 3 cages can be used for pitching, hitting, catching, and more.

Rules and Important Cage Info

The Entire Facility is monitored by Cameras and any client not following the code of conduct will be banned immediately with a Zero Tolerance Policy!
Online Waiver and Payment Required when Scheduling Online
Payments Required Online Prior To Attendance (DO NOT SHOW UP AND EXPECT TO RESERVE A CAGE IN PERSON)
Public Cage Rentals and Team Packages are NOT Associated with Private Training at Laird's Training
Outside Instructors are not permitted with cage rentals.\
SCHEDULING CAGES ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
Memberships will only be allowed to reserve a cage for 60 minutes per day to ensure all customers have an opportunity to train here. This rule does not apply to Team Rental Packages.
Cancellation Policy: Because we are a training facility, no-shows and late cancellations significantly impact our business. Therefore, no refunds will be given for an unattended reservation or for the cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of the start of the reservation. Outside of the 24 hour timeframe, the reservation can be rescheduled for a later date. If a cancellation occurs within the 24 hour timeframe, there are no refunds for the paid cages!
Members are only allowed to rent a cage 3 days in advance. This is to allow everyone equal opportunity to reserve time and preventing one person(s) from blocking off an hour every day and possibly cancelling last second or not actually using it preventing others from using the facility.

RULES FOR CAGES AND CODE OF CONDUCT AT LT

Any Weight Room Equipment or Equipment in the Back of the Facility is NOT to be used! This equipment is for Private Training at LT!
Throw Water Bottles and Trash Away Before Leaving the Cage and Facility!
LEAVE YOUR CAGE AT DESIGNATED TIME AND RESPECT THOSE THAT FOLLOW YOUR CAGE!
Cage doors must be kept closed.
Turf area outside of the cages are off limits and not to be used.
Outside instructors are not permitted for cage rentals or memberships.
Players MUST PICK UP BALLS AND RETURN BUCKETS TO PROPER SHELF!
ANY EQUIPMENT USED MUST BE RETURNED TO PROPER LOCATION (MACHINES, BATS, etc.)
Treat the facility with respect – Leave cages as you found them, if not better.
Pitching machine operator must be at least 14 years old, and CANNOT be moved for ANY reason! For the safety of all users!
Only one batter and one operator are allowed in batting cage when machine is in use.
Operator must stand behind a safety screen.
Always test pitch location before hitting.
DO NOT THROW BASEBALLS OR SWING BATS OUTSIDE OF THE CAGES!
Equipment must stay inside of cages! DO NOT REMOVE ANY EQUIPMENT ALREADY INSIDE OF CAGE! (Tees, L-Screens, Pitching Targets, etc.)
No Gum, CLEATS, Seeds, Drinks, Food or Spitting ANYWHERE inside on the turf! (Bottled Water is Permitted).
Tobacco or Alcohol use is not permitted in facility! ZERO TOLERANCE!

LT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT! ANY REFUSAL, REPEAT OFFENDERS OF THESE RULES, OR THOSE THAT DAMAGE THE FACILITY OR ITS EQUIPMENT, WILL BE REMOVED FROM FACILITY AND ANY MEMBERSHIP WILL BE REVOKED WITH NO REFUNDS!
