Sean Laird, MS, CPPS II, CUSC, Pn1, BtC
Owner Sean Laird, is founder of Laird's Training and has been training and developing athletes since 2009. He has trained, coached, and developed dozens of athletes that have played college baseball, softball, football, wrestling, golf, and professional baseball. His goal when opening LT was to create an atmosphere and close culture that centered around accountability, discipline, development, and character that prepares athletes for the next level and life!
Coach Laird is the Head Pitching and Hitting Instructor and is also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach running monthly Strength Training, Speed, and Athlete Development Programs. He trains athletes in All Sports and Athletes in the Weight Room ranging from Middle School to High School, College, and Professional.
His Book, "How To Build a Ballplayer" was a bestseller in the Sports Section of Amazon when released in Fall of 2016 https://goo.gl/146gUQ. A few of his longtime clients in 2018, finished in the Top 5 of Mr Baseball and Miss Softball in Jack Perkins (Louisville) and Chase Epp (DePauw) to finish their HS Careers before college ball.

Easton Dupay, Associate Pitching, Hitting, & Development Instructor
Coach Easton is a former Kokomo HS Standout, Collegiate Ballplayer, and member of the #LTSquad for years. He is a former Travel Baseball Coach for the Indiana Nitro and Current Travel Baseball Coach for the Top Tier Baseball Organization.
Coach Easton trains Pitcher and Hitters in Lessons and Classes at LT!

Madison Dalton, Associate Director of Sports Performance
Performance Coach & Former Collegiate Athlete, Madison Dalton trains athletes in our Strength Training Classes, Speed and Agility Class, Pee-Wee Fitness Class, Adult Training Classes, and our Velo and Team Training Classes.

Softball Pitching LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Lucy George​
​
The State Champion and Nationally Ranked, Lucy George has joined our coaching staff to give Softball Pitching lessons! Lucy began pitching at the age of 9 and started playing travel ball that summer. She has played high level softball traveling all across the country ever since. Lucy lead the Western Panthers to a State Championship her Freshman year pitching a shut out game with 16 strikeouts!
"I am excited about getting the opportunity to teach pitching in my hometown so I can help develop future pitchers in my community. Hopefully one of them can help continue our winning tradition!”
