WELCOME ASSOCIATE DEVELOPMENT INSTRUCTOR Carl Sanders! We NOW OFFER Lessons for ALL Baseball and Softball Players AGES 5-11 Years OLD with Youth Instructor Carl Sanders!

Coach Sanders will develop our 5-11 year old Youth Athletes as well as helping develop the Middle School and High School Athletes here at Laird's Training. Coach Sanders is a former player at Butler University. He teaches in Carmel Schools, coaches at Zionsville HS, and Coaches in the Indiana Bulls Baseball Organization helping develop HS athletes and prepare them for college baseball.
